Q: When subscribing to the newsletter do I get a Discount code?
A: Yes, once you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive an email with the discount code.


Q: Can I have a discount code applied after I placed my Order?
 A :No, All discount code must be applied at the time of checkout. 


Q: Where are you located?
A: Online Only; Reidsville,Nc only curb pick-up leave a message when you are checking out..


Q: How do I exchange my order?
A: All sales are final.


Q: How do I cancel or change my order? 
A:  Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified.


Q: How can I check the status of my order? 
A: Once an order is processed, tracking info will be sent to your email, if you don't see it be sure to check your spam folder.

Q: How long does shipping last? 

A: All UPS orders placed by 12PM EST will ship out the same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the following day. 

 

During the CORONA-VIRUS: At this time we are only taking appointment to pick-up or curb service.  So when you check-out there is a box for you to appointment to pick up or a curb-side pick up.
